Professor Elijah Miner is a distinguished Consultant Surgeon and healthcare leader with over 35 years of exemplary surgical practice spanning Nigeria and the United Kingdom. Currently serving as the Medical Director at the Cardiac Clinic Hospital, he combines frontline surgical expertise with executive oversight.
